Student Leadership
NJ students in grades 4 and 5 are given the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by applying for and filling leadership positions around the school. We believe that these kinds of opportunities build confidence, teach children to be role models for others, and encourage independent thinking and problem-solving skills. Plus, having students involved in the school builds an atmosphere of pride and positive school culture.
